In 2008, Sun Hongjun led the establishment of Shanghai AWINIC Co., Ltd. AWINIC is a high-tech company specializing in the design of mixed-signal, analog, RF, and other ICs, focusing on the fields of mobile phones, wearables, smart hardware, IoT, and other consumer electronics. Since its inception, AWINIC has adhered to the philosophy that "customer needs are the sole reason for AWINIC's existence, and a highly qualified team is AWINIC's greatest asset." We closely cooperate with domestic mobile solution design companies, rapidly launching new products. Among similar manufacturers in China, AWINIC has the highest customer coverage and is striving to catch up with international brands. In July 2015, AWINIC successfully listed on the New Third Board (NEEQ: 833221). Since going public, our products have been widely used by numerous domestic brand mobile phones. Since its establishment in 2008, AWINIC has accumulated over 50 patent applications and obtained 23 patented technologies. We have also obtained over 80 registered protection of integrated circuit layouts. Currently, over 50 chip models with independent intellectual property rights are selling well. As a chip design company without a wafer fab, we outsource our product production to well-known international and domestic manufacturers such as TSMC, CSMC, Unisem, ASEN, Changjiang Electronics Technology, and Changjiang Advanced. To ensure top quality, we have implemented strict quality control processes for outsourced product production. In December 2009, the company obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification from SGS.
